SIG SAUER P229 CO2 powered air pistol with blowback. Full metal, optics ready and super realistic.
This CO2 Powered SIG SAUER P229 model with blowback is a complete air pistol that shoots 4.5mm pellets and is made by SIG SAUER itself and built to provide the most realistic experience possible. Here you get the right weight feeling, balance and controls, and a blowback mechanism that provides a clear recoil impulse and a true “semi-auto” feel. A solid choice for technique training, precision shooting and plinking outdoors.
Shoots both BB and pellets
The pistol can be used with 4.5mm steel BBs and diabolos/pellets, making it flexible for different types of shooting. The magazine uses rotating discs and is rated for 16 rounds (same magazine as the P226 model).
Blowback and full metal construction
Full metal construction provides realistic weight and durability. The blowback causes the slide to move backwards with each shot, giving more life to the shooting and a more natural feel.
Optics ready slide and picatinny rail
The P229 model is optics ready and prepared for the SIG AIR Reflex Sight or other similar sights (sold separately). There is also a 21mm picatinny rail under the front for mounting compatible accessories such as lasers and flashlights.
Smart CO2 solution and functional controls
The pistol uses a 12 gram CO2 cartridge and has SIG's patented cam-lever solution that makes cartridge changes quick and tool-free. It also has a functional decocker and DA/SA trigger for more realistic operation.
Fluted barrel and option for silencer
The P229 has a rifled barrel for extra precision and muzzle threads. M14x1 CCW with thread protector, for mounting a silencer.
