At Gameon.eu, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy complies with EU consumer rights regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility: The goods must be returned unused, in the same condition as when received, with all original packaging and accessories intact.
  • Exceptions: Items such as custom-made products, perishable goods, or goods sealed for hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken after delivery) are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped. Please ensure the goods are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs. However, if you chose an express or premium shipping option, the additional costs for these services will not be refunded.
  • Refund Timing: We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving proof of return, whichever comes first.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive faulty or incorrect items, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund. Please contact us immediately at support@gameon.eu to arrange the return and replacement of the product, or to discuss refund options.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

You may not be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Customized or personalized items: Goods made to your specifications.
  • Perishable goods: Items with a limited shelf life.
  • Sealed goods: Such as hygiene products or health-related items where the seal has been broken.

6. Return Fees for Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned because it was undeliverable, refused, or the Customer lacked the required permissions for import, a return fee of €49 (or equivalent in the Customer's currency) will be deducted from the refund.
