- SOS signal: 3 short pulses, followed by 3 long pulses, and then 3 short pulses (• • • — — — • • •).
- International distress signal: 6 short blasts, followed by a 1 minute pause, then 6 short blasts. Repeat until the signal is answered with 3 blasts, followed by a 1 minute pause. Continue until you are located.
