FN Herstal SCAR-L Mk.16 Mod.0 Platinum
FN Herstal SCAR-L Mk.16 Mod.0 is one of the world’s most iconic modern assault rifles, used by special forces worldwide. This Platinum edition from Cyma combines an extremely robust exterior with the market’s most modern electronics for a superior airsoft experience.
Store tip: This is not a standard SCAR replica. The “Platinum” designation means you get Cyma’s best gearbox components combined with an EShooter ETU. This gives you the response and rate of fire that would normally require expensive aftermarket upgrades.
Modular precision and Platinum performance
This rifle is licensed by FN Herstal and stays true to the original’s aesthetics and functionality. The upper receiver is milled from aluminium, while the lower receiver and stock are made of durable nylon fiber—just like on the real Mk.16.The modular stock can be adjusted in length and height (cheek rest), and folded in, making the rifle extremely easy to handle in everything from tight corridors to open landscapes.
Inside, you’ll find a reinforced V2 Platinum gearbox prepared for a high rate of fire. The integrated EShooter ETU provides lightning-fast trigger response, protects the battery, and ensures the electronics always perform reliably. With the built-in quick-change spring system, you can easily adjust the rifle to comply with the rules at your local field.
Don’t forget the essential accessories!
To ensure you get the best experience with your FN SCAR-L, we recommend the following:
- Battery: 7.4V Li-Po or 11.1V Li-Po (Stick/Butterfly) with a small Tamiya connector.
- BBs: 0.25g or 0.28g precision BBs for the best balance between speed and range.
- Optics: The SCAR platform looks fantastic with a red dot sight or an LPVO scope on the long top rail.
