Denix Colt 1851 Navy Revolver Replica - Silver
Decorative replica of the naval revolver from the American Civil War, originally designed by Samuel Colt in 1851.
Worth noting: This is a decorative replica – it cannot fire, and the barrel is not drilled through. It is made for display, collecting, film and theater, not for shooting of any kind.
The Colt 1851 Navy became one of the most widely used revolvers of its time and served both the navy and ground forces throughout the Civil War. Denix makes its replicas with an emphasis on accurate proportions and detailing, allowing the hammer and trigger to move while making the revolver feel like a genuine object in your hand. This version has a silver-colored finish.
At Denix, the model is called “Marine USA 1851”.
