Helikon-Tex has previously offered anorak jackets in civilian colours. Now introducing the upgraded camouflage version. Anorak Tracer is based on the popular Anorak Woodsman jacket, but now comes in several camouflage patterns for tactical operations. The material on the back is the same as the rest of the jacket, unlike the Woodsman model which has a softshell on the back. Shoulder and front pockets have been added, as well as more adjustment points.

Anorak like a military jacket

The needs of civilians and soldiers are often different, therefore Helikon-Tex has adapted this jacket for military operations. Anorak Tracer is made of one material without softshell on the back. This gives a better camouflage effect, as the entire jacket is covered in the same camouflage pattern. The lack of softshell is compensated with side zips that can be fully opened, which provides adjustable ventilation as needed and makes the jacket easier to put on. The Anorak Tracer jacket can therefore act as a substitute for a combat shirt or uniform. The loose, oversized fit means that the jacket can also be worn over a fleece or a light jacket, so that the necessary camouflage is maintained regardless of the color of the clothes underneath.

Unisex - means universal

Anorak Tracer jacket is Helikon-Tex's first unisex product, meaning it has not been designed with specific gender characteristics in mind. The loose fit doesn't emphasize broad shoulders or the waist, making it a universal choice. Several adjustment points on the hood, at the bottom of the jacket and at the waist allow for adaptation to different body types. This is a great advantage for users who can be sure that the jacket will always fit, regardless of whether it is unisex. Just choose the right size.

Unisex sizes - how to choose the right size?

The sizes in the table refer to the product, not body measurements, and correspond to men's sizes. To buy a product in women's size, choose a size smaller than normal (eg women's M corresponds to men's S). This way everyone can find the right size.

Thoughtful pockets

Helikon-Tex Anorak Tracer has a total of eight pockets. Two zip pockets on the shoulders are useful when wearing a vest that covers the front pockets. The front pockets consist of a large main compartment with three internal pockets and one on top, perfect for storing a compass or other necessary tools while on duty. In addition, there is a pass-through pocket under the main compartment where you can warm your hands or store items such as gloves.

SIZE INSTRUCTIONS

We want to ensure that the clothes you buy really fit you - so that they can perform their purpose correctly. Please take a moment of your valuable time to check the measurement guide and the corresponding size chart to avoid mistakes.

To take the correct measurements, find the clothes that fit you well and measure them.

Breast

Button the clothes and lay them on a flat surface. Measure from the left edge to the right edge just below the sleeves.

Stomach

Button the clothes and lay them on a flat surface. Measure from the left edge to the right edge at the waist.

Sleeve length

While wearing a shirt you like, measure with one arm at your side, from the shoulder seam down the arm until you find the desired length. We recommend that the sleeve should go to the base of the thumb (at the wrist).

On jackets with raglan sleeves, like the Stratus® or Cumulus® , the sleeve measurements should be taken from the bottom of the collar down to the sleeve.

Inner seam

Button up your pants. Lay the trousers out on a flat surface. Measure the inseam from the crotch, where the front and back seams meet, to the bottom of the leg.

Trouser length

Button up your pants. Lay the trousers out on a flat surface with the seams on both sides. Be sure to pull out any wrinkles and excess from the back panel. Measure the distance from the top of the waistband to the bottom of the hem.

Total length

Lay flat the skirt that best matches your size with the side seams facing up. Use your hand to flatten/straighten out any wrinkles on the fabric. Then measure the distance between the top edge and the bottom edge. To get the most accurate result, you should measure this along the side seam.

Waist circumference

Lay flat the skirt that best matches your size with the zipper facing up. Use your hand to flatten/straighten out any wrinkles on the fabric. Measure the top of the skirt (waist line) from one side edge to the opposite side edge. Then double the result to get the waist circumference.

Hip circumference

Lay flat the skirt that best matches your size with the zipper facing up. Use your hand to flatten/straighten out any wrinkles on the fabric. Then measure the distance between the opposite sides of the hip section (depending on the cut of the skirt, the hips should be approximately 11-14 cm below the top edge of the skirt). Double the result to get the hip circumference.

TOLERANCE FOR THE MEASUREMENTS GIVEN IN THE TABLE IS +/- 2 CM (APPLICABLE FOR CLOTHES ONLY).
