A bit about the rifle:

Great to wear at the cabin and perfect for flash shooting in the garden! The Hatsan Mod70 offers a full 1000 feet per second output speed and comes with fiber optic iron sights that can be adjusted - the rifle is therefore easy to aim with, powerful and very precise, not only that, it is also very cheap to operate as you only need pellets outside.

Knock rifle - Vortex/nitro piston - How it works

Vortex break rifle is powered by a gas piston which is compressed when you break the rifle, when you pull the trigger the piston returns to its original position. This is stronger, easier to break, quieter and has a longer durability than its older spring variant.

You don't need to top up with gas, the piston is completely sealed.

You break down the barrel, put in a pellet and bring the barrel back up. The rifle is now ready to fire. Very easy!

Quattro Trigger

An advanced two-stage trigger only available from Hatsan. It gives you a three-point adjustment to adjust the trigger load, the position of the first and second stages of the firing cycle, and the length the trigger should travel before the shot is fired. With this purpose-built trigger, you can also release the finger pressure if the shot cannot be taken at the first stage of the firing cycle. In addition, it is equipped with an extra fuse should you be unfortunate enough to drop it on the ground. This system is called "drop safety interlock" and means that it will not fire even if the fuse is off.

SAS

Stands in this context for Shock Absorber System and is a system that reduces vibrations and extends the life of the rifle, optics and accessories.

TruGlo Fiber Optics

The fiber optic technology is in both the front and rear sights. The sights can be adjusted in height and width and are easy to aim with, even for the slightly younger shooters.
