Compact hunting and camping set with gut-hook knife, camping hatchet and sharpening rod
This 3-piece set from Snake Eye Tactical combines three complementary tools for hunting and camping in one package: a gut-hook knife, a camping hatchet with a hammer section and a sharpening rod. Everything comes together in one nylon sheath.
Worth noting: The gut-hook knife makes it easy to open the abdominal hide of field-dressed game without damaging the internal organs. The camping hatchet handles pruning, chopping firewood and campsite work, while the hammer section on the hatchet head is handy for driving in tent pegs. The sharpening rod keeps your knife sharp when you're out in the field. The rubber handles on both tools provide a secure grip even with wet hands.
The knife is 24.1 cm long with an 11.4 cm stainless steel gut-hook blade. The hatchet is 26.7 cm long with an 8.9 cm hatchet head, including the hammer section. Both have 12.7 cm rubber handles. The set comes with a nylon sheath for transport and storage.
