Minimalist construction with maximum function

The vest's plate pockets are made of advanced 4-way stretch nylon that keeps the plate close and stable to the body, even during fast movements. The low profile provides better mobility, and the open back construction reduces weight and heat generation. BEARCAT is an optimal choice for users who want a discreet and responsive carrying system.

Modular front with wide compatibility

The front panel features a lightweight, laser-cut modular system that makes it easy to attach smaller pouches, PTT gear, and other necessary components. Under the front panel, integrated ITW Nexus GTSR buckles provide compatibility with flaps, micro-rigs, and various front panels. The BEARCAT Ultralight works seamlessly with most SPITFIRE® series accessories.

Shoulder system with smart cable management

The flat shoulder straps are designed for minimal bulk and great comfort under a vest, harness or backpack. Integrated cable channels make it easy to route antennas, communication cables or hydration hoses. Additional elastic loops on the sides of the front panel stabilize antennas and cables when using Comm Wings.

Back panel with integrated pull ring

The back panel features a lightweight and simple modular section and an integrated tow strap. The side zippers provide full support for zip-on modular panels from the SPITFIRE® system, making it easy to expand the vest as needed. To keep the weight down, the back panel is without additional Velcro surfaces and admin pockets.

Ultralight base – build as needed

The body armor is supplied without a cummerbund and without a front flap, allowing you to choose the configuration that best suits your work, training or operational needs. The open platform makes the BEARCAT highly adaptable without compromising on weight or comfort.
