Galaxy G1 Compact Full Metal – Minimalist power in a pocket-sized package
Galaxy G1 is an ultra-compact and durable airsoft pistol made for shooters who value minimalism and reliability. Inspired by classic pocket pistols, this model features a robust full-metal construction that feels surprisingly heavy and realistic in your hand despite its modest size.
Store tip: While many small spring-powered airsoft pistols are made from thin plastic that cracks easily, Galaxy has chosen to build the G1 from metal. This gives it a completely different quality feel when you rack the slide, and makes it far more resistant to drops and impacts during active use.
Simple, self-contained, and always ready
Since the Galaxy G1 is powered by a manual spring system, it is 100% independent of external power sources. You don't have to worry about dead batteries or the gas magazine leaking in the cold. The pistol is quickly and easily loaded by pulling the slide all the way back for each shot. This makes it a fantastic low-barrier weapon that always works when you pick it up.
The pistol has a sleek, matte black finish and clean lines without unnecessary details that can snag on clothing or holsters. Its compact size also makes it excellent as a discreet "back-up" pistol during games in urban or confined environments (CQB).
Stable trajectory and perfect for target shooting
Despite its modest size, the G1 is equipped with a fixed internal Hop-Up system. This puts spin on the BB as it leaves the barrel, counteracting gravity and providing a noticeably straighter and more stable trajectory. With a muzzle energy of approximately 0.5 joules (around 240 FPS with lightweight BBs), this is a great and safe pistol for fun target shooting and indoor dry practice.
Recommended accessories:
For the best possible performance and experience with your Galaxy G1, we recommend:
- Ammunition: Use lightweight 0.12g quality BBs for optimal muzzle velocity and to get the most out of the fixed hop-up.
- Target: A netted BB-catching target is perfect for indoor use, as it catches the BBs so they can easily be thrown away afterwards.
