What is a smoker and what does it mean to smoke food?
Smoking food is a delicacy in itself! It is meat that has been cooked at a low temperature for a long time in a controlled and smoke-filled room. The meat or fish then becomes so tender that you can tear it apart with a fork. The smoke adds a wonderful good taste.
With Bradley smokers you hardly have to do anything to get perfect food! Since the smoker is digital you only need to set the temperature on the display and put enough briquettes in the tube next to it. It burns through a briquette in 25 minutes so depending on how long you are going to smoke the meat you will need some. Unlike regular smokers you do not have to spend a lot of time making sure the temperature is not too high or too low.
