Where does 11.1V fit best?
11.1V Li-Po (3S) is often used in AEGs where maximum responsiveness and a “snappy” feel are desired, especially in setups with electronic triggers/devices (such as MOSFET/ETU) or where the weapon is otherwise set up to handle 11.1V. This is a popular choice for more performance-oriented players who want a noticeable boost in responsiveness compared to 7.4V.
Important: 11.1V provides a higher load than 7.4V. Best used in weapons that are rated for 11.1V, or that have been upgraded with appropriate electronics and internal parts.
T-plug (Deans) – low resistance and solid connection
T-plug offers lower resistance and more efficient power delivery than many standard plugs. It can provide better response, less loss at the contact point, and a more secure connection. Perfect when you're first looking for a battery that can deliver more power.
3-stick form factor – designed for tight battery compartments
The 3-stick design makes it easier to fit into many rifles with limited battery space. The narrow, split shape often fits well in buttstocks and other battery compartments where larger batteries would be bulky.
Important things to remember for Li-Po
- Do not completely discharge the battery: Stop using the battery when you notice the firing rate dropping.
- Always use Li-Po charger with balancing: Li-Po should be charged with a suitable balancing charger (3S/11.1V).
- Charge before first use: New Li-Po should always be fully charged with a balance charger before use.
