New Bradley Smokers at Game-On!

What is a smoker and what does it mean to smoke food?

Smoking food is a delicacy in itself! It is meat that has been roasted at a low temperature for a long time in a controlled and smoke-filled room. The meat or fish will then be so tender that you can tear it apart with a fork. The smoke adds a wonderfully good taste.

With Bradley smoker ovens, you hardly need to do anything to get absolutely perfect food! Since the smoker is digital, you only need to set the temperature on the display and put enough briquettes in the tube next to it. It burns through a briquette within 25 minutes, so depending on how long you are going to smoke the meat, you must have quite a few. In contrast to normal smoking ovens, you don't have to spend a lot of time making sure the temperature doesn't get too high or too low.

Popular things to make are brisket, bacon, ham, ribs and well-known beef jerky. If you are new to smoking food, we have a recipe booklet that you can buy here. We recommend the smoked brisket (shown in the top picture)! The meat becomes as tender as butter and just gives an absolutely fantastic taste!

Perfect alternatives to regular grilling! We have many different smoking briquettes, all of them will give your smoked food a special taste, so here you just have to try your hand and find your favourite!
